KW Tools privacy policy

KW Tools (app.fortmyersrestorationco.com) is an internal keyword research application operated by Fort Myers Restoration Co. This policy explains what data the application accesses and how it is handled.
Who can use KW Tools
Only members of our own team can sign in. There is no public registration, and the app is not offered to customers or other users.
Google user data
KW Tools connects to the Google Ads API with OAuth, using the scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, for our own Google Ads account only.
- What we access: keyword planning data from Google Ads Keyword Planner (search volumes, bid ranges, competition and keyword ideas) and basic account details needed to make those requests.
- How we use it: only to research keywords for our own websites' content. We do not create, change or delete campaigns, ads or billing settings.
- How we store it: keyword results are kept on our server for our own reference. The OAuth refresh token is stored on our server in a file that is not publicly accessible.
- Sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
- Removal: access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account third-party access page, after which stored tokens stop working and are deleted.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other data
The app keeps a session cookie while you are signed in and a short log of failed sign-in attempts (IP address and time) to block password guessing. These are deleted automatically.
